Job description

Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is looking for turndown attendants for its housekeeping department. This person will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms in the evening for guests and anticipating any guest needs. The role requires excellent attention to detail and a passion to deliver warm and genuine service.
The responsibility of the role include:
  • Refreshing the guest room according to hotel and Forbes Five-Star standards
  • Replenishing toiletries, supplies, and linens
  • Organizing guest's belongings so that the room appears to be neat and attractive
  • Ensuring all special guest requests are met
  • Creating a luxurious environment for a comfortable, restful evening

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred. Training will be provided.
