The Fora Therapy Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. • Establish a trusting rapport with clients to foster open communication and engagement.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic techniques and frameworks.
• Create individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges and goals, ensuring plans are up-to-date and tailored to each client's progress.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and groups, employing various therapeutic modalities including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused strategies.
• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly to adjust treatment approaches as needed, documenting all sessions and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists to provide comprehensive care, including referrals when necessary.

As a therapist at Fora Therapy Center, you will serve a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health disorders. Our clients often seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. • Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is necessary.
• Proficiency in providing individual and/or group therapy, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and approaches.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities to effectively balance client loads, administrative responsibilities, and documentation.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred to facilitate efficient documentation and reporting.
• Prior experience with teletherapy or virtual counseling is a plus, highlighting adaptability in using technology to engage with clients.

Fora Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
