We are seeking a self-motivated Account Executive-Business Developer with an entrepreneurial and pioneering spirit, as well as the desire and ambition to grow and create new business in our west coast territory. He/she must be a persuasive influencer and strategic go-getter who leverages technology. 

The Account Executive- Business Developer is responsible for building and driving the footwear sales and profitable growth within the assigned accounts for all Spring Footwear brands in  assigned territories in the US. This incumbent's success depends upon creating strategies that leverage all data points, market and research insights, and overall business acumen.

We are looking for dynamic, competitive  candidates that will help us grow and develop the multiple channels including specialty stores, fashion boutiques, uniform shops, family shoe stores and more.

Key responsibilities: Encapsulate sales, merchandising, marketing/social media, business analysis, sales presentations, and developing tools with which to manage and expand the Spring Footwear brand.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of successful business development and sales experience required; footwear industry experience highly              preferred.
  • Demonstrated strength in account retention, and growth of sales
  • Ability to manage the full selling cycle.
  • Highly detail oriented, systematic, and process oriented with outstanding follow-up and execution skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and execute to a sales plan.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify issues and generate solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite tools.

  • Team Member will lift / carry up to 70 lbs.
