As the Sr. Manager, Digital Insights, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Foot Locker's digital analytics portfolio. You will be supporting teams across all Foot Locker divisions globally. As a valued partner to our various stakeholders and work closely with the Data team to build reports, present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders throughout the business. You will also be generating and sharing metrics on Foot Locker's digital business performance. The information you supply will be used to make important business decisions relating to digital spend, site and mobile app enhancements, bug fixes and production deployments, as well as other activities that impact Foot Locker's digital performance.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business goals and translate them into a strategic Analytics roadmap that is achievable and actionable
  • Clearly communicate digital channel insights with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders on a recurring basis
  • Lead a global team that creates consistent digital analytics between NA, EMEA & APAC Regions
  • Regularly generate and present deep customer and product insights using Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
  • Make recommendations to banner and geo teams on how to improve digital performance
  • Curate key requirements and develop measurement methodologies for new digital initiatives
  • Automate operational tasks that will lead to efficiencies and reduce report run time
  • Support project rollouts by measuring impact to customer experience and digital performance
  • Digital insights relating to weekly ecommerce reporting, monthly operational review, bi-annual seasonal plans, annual strategy plans, promotion performance, digital spend and performance
  • Product reporting for inventory and quantity, age of product, broken size runs, pricing, and other vendor opportunities
  • Ad Hoc reporting such as digital campaign performance, homepage, and landing page metrics and KPI impact measurement during digital outages
  • Partner with data team on relaunching/building Adobe Analytics platform for better result outputs
  • Lead digital team to refine on-site personalization programs & strategies fueled by insights & analytics
  • Serve as the cross-banner subject matter expert for personalization initiatives and liaise with each banner team on new capabilities & best practices
  • Evolve and ease brand adoption of new analytical capabilities
  • Partner with commercial planning team to build comprehensive forecast and measurement tools to diagnose business opportunities and mitigate market challenges

  • Bachelor's Degree, required
  • Minimum of eight years' experience in digital analytics
  • Minimum of four years' experience managing/leading teams
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations based on data and metrics
  • Ability to communicate business adjectives and be a critical thinker
  • Knowledge and hands on experience with web analytic tools preferred
  • Experience with statistics, including general testing methodology
  • Must be an advanced Excel user
  • Familiar with Sql and database systems
  • Worked at a data centric and data rich organization where data plays a key role in driving growth

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
