Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Conifer, Colorado.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements

  • Schedule: 5x8
  • Outpatient setting
  • Patient scheduling includes 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
  • Assignment length: 13 weeks
