Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Site Manager to join our Columbus team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the "Face of i9 Sports" both on and off the field. You'll oversee weekend game-day operations to ensure a world-class experience for families while driving mid-week community growth through local school engagement and grassroots marketing.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Site Operations: Manage full weekend set-up and break-down of equipment; ensure all fields/courts are safe, professional, and properly branded for various sports.
  • Drive Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local schools, PTA groups, and community centers to facilitate flyer distribution and league awareness.
  • Grassroots Marketing: Execute physical marketing plans, including strategic roadside sign placement and coordinated flyer drops at approved local businesses.
  • Supervise Staff & Culture: Manage on-site Sports Coordinators and officials, providing real-time coaching while leading sportsmanship ceremonies that define the i9 Sports Experience.
  • Customer Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for parents and coaches, resolving on-site concerns with a positive, "customer-first" attitude.
  • Safety & Compliance: Monitor weather conditions and maintain strict adherence to i9 Sports safety protocols and injury reporting.

Qualifications
  • Leadership & Personality: A reliable, high-energy leader with exceptional public speaking skills and the ability to command a crowd.
  • Marketing Initiative: A self-starter who is comfortable performing independent outreach, visiting schools, and executing physical marketing tasks.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-sport environment.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sports management, youth programming, or community relations is highly preferred.
  • Logistics & Requirements: Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting equipment/signs and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability: Must be available for weekend game days (Saturdays/Sundays) and have flexible mid-week hours for community outreach.
