Job description

The NFL Digital Media group seeks a dynamic Product Operations Coordinator to provide crucial support across various platforms including NFL.com, the NFL app, NFL Fantasy, and Club Sites. This role will be integral in coordinating operational activities and ensuring seamless execution. Reporting directly to the Senior Product Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing digital product performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Operations projects across NFL.com, the NFL app, Club Sites, and other owned and operated digital platforms.
  • Assist with operational readiness for new products, features, and seasonal initiatives by helping create and maintain runbooks, training materials, documentation, workflows, and escalation paths.
  • Support digital content programming and site operations through approved administrative tools and content management systems.
  • Assist with tracking project deliverables, open issues, launch readiness items, stakeholder updates, and post-launch follow-up
  • Partner with Product Operations, Content Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to support day-to-day digital platform operations.
  • Help document business rules, operational processes, and support procedures to improve team readiness and consistency.
  • Provide operational support for NFL-owned and operated digital platforms on NFL gamedays, preseason games, tentpole events, and other live event windows.
  • Assist with live streaming operations across applicable platforms, including web, mobile web, mobile app, tablet, and CTV.
  • Support live game and event monitoring by validating stream availability, content presentation, platform behavior, and user-facing experiences.
  • Report, prioritize, and escalate issues in real time to minimize disruption during live events.
  • Partner with Game Day Operations, Clubs, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to track issues through resolution.
  • Assist with post-event documentation, issue recaps, and follow-up items to improve future event coverage.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or related field is preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience coordinating and supporting digital products in a sports entertainment, digital, media or related industry
  • Prior experience with Live event support
  • Prior experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Prior experience in operational support of a web and mobile based applications

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • 40 hours per week
  • Seasonal, 7-month role

  • Must be able to work on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's).
