Job Summary
As the Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless guest experience execution at Allegiant Stadium. Reporting to the Director of Guest Experience, you will support all aspects of guest engagement while managing administrative and logistical elements of guest related operations.
This role is responsible for coordinating memorable guest interactions and maintaining high service standards. Additionally, you will plan and execute guest related requirements for ancillary events, internal meetings, and press conferences-ensuring all facility policies are upheld and stakeholder expectations are met. Acting as a liaison between the facility, tenants, clients, teammates, and vendors, you will help foster a collaborative and organized environment.
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
  • A minimum education level of: BA/BS Degree (4-year)
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience within customer service and/or sports and entertainment industry.
  • Must have knowledge and experience operating scheduling systems (ABI Mastermind preferred) and managing personnel staffing
  • Response promptly and communicate effectively with guests and team members related to inquiries and concerns via in person conversations, email and telephone with professionalism.
  • Proficient with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
  • Ability to work assigned and varying shifts and complete responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in various parts of the facility.
  • Ability to work in various climates based on the environment.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
