As a Junior Project Manager, you'll help manage exciting technology projects involving some of the world's largest automated sorting systems-equipment spanning the size of football fields. You'll collaborate with engineers, industry-leading manufacturers, and USPS leadership to bring innovative solutions from concept through nationwide deployment.

What You'll Do
As part of the USPS Technology Acquisition Management team, you will:
  • Coordinate technical projects from planning through implementation
  • Track schedules, milestones, budgets, and project deliverables
  • Develop and present project status reports and executive briefings
  • Work closely with engineers, vendors, and USPS stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Coordinate equipment delivery, installation schedules, and site readiness across USPS facilities
  • Support pilot implementations and nationwide technology rollouts
  • Assist with developing user training and implementation documentation
  • Monitor project risks and help resolve issues before they impact schedules
  • Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams, suppliers, and executive leadership

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience
  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or technology projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
