Key Responsibilities


Game Day Staff are responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival at the Tailgate gate with unsurpassed hospitality. Game Day Staff assist in maintaining a clean and guest-friendly space throughout the Club before, during, and after the game.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the athletics hospitality industry.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to work all Brigham Young University home football games
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Possess a team player mentality
  • Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
  • Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced conditions during live events
  • Frequent interaction with fans and large groups
  • Long periods of standing and constant movement around the event venue are expected on event days
