Foot Locker is looking for an Allocations Manager! This position manages the Allocations of multiple FOB's. Individual is responsible to pre-plan store assortments 6-12 months out by sku that tie into a financial plan by dept/category. Individual works closely with the buyer(s) and Merchandise Financial Planning Managers on all future buys and re-buy's and provides a buyer's assortment/sku/unit roadmap for vendor pre-lines that tie to a space component.
Responsibilities
  • Lead assortment manager team to pre-buy plan process as well as in season management.
  • Collaborate with buying, allocations and optimization to make recommendations based on insights for future buys and regional product placement.
  • Leading Omni Channel efforts between buying and allocation teams.
  • Lead the order planning process, training and development.
  • Ensure BI and Quantum analytics are being used to make educated decisions based on learnings
  • Collaborate with multiple buyers to gain alignment on future buys
  • Set and review assortment for power doors and new capital doors
  • Provide leadership and guidance for assortment managers and replenishment analyst team members.
  • Communicate to team the product strategies and vision of the division
  • Determine the best programs for stores/markets to maximize sales, liquidations, and profits.
  • Manage assortment flow within set assortment guidelines.
  • Overseeing process to determine minimum units per style by volume group and store size.
  • Seeking market opportunities by collaborating with field team and key internal partners
  • Identifying and resolving assortment related challenges
  • Market visits as needed

Qualifications
  • Retail experience with 3 year of management experience
  • Advance Excel Skills, BI reporting and Quantum analytics
  • Strategic planning of assortments
  • Understanding financial plans of department
  • Working knowledge across all FOB's
  • Proven team player across multiple functions

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
