Job Description:

Account Manager responsibilities include maintaining business at current accounts and driving new business development for current and target accounts as well as developing long-term relationships, connecting with key business stakeholders. Successful Account Managers continuously work to identify opportunities for moving the client and company business forward with an emphasis on long-term growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for key decision makers at assigned accounts and build long-term, cross functional relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Develop account plans defining the current situation analysis, unique value offering, challenges/pain points, and determine effective penetration and sales growth strategies.
  • Understand competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product to optimize the account's performance in forecast, margin and revenue growth, accounts payable, opportunity pipeline and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Batory portfolio with product and industry insights mining opportunities of relevance at each customer, focusing on priority products and customers.
  • Negotiate prices and agreements with customers that provide mutual value and protections.
  • Organize & lead strategic business reviews with customers to review service, develop consensus on short- & long-term initiatives, and create new growth opportunities.
  • Help existing customers as well as build new business through email, phone, online presentations, and in person meetings.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Personal Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and French is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in business acumen and mathematics to support strong margin management.

Le gestionnaire de comptes est responsable du maintien des affaires aupres des comptes actuels et du developpement de nouvelles affaires pour les comptes actuels et cibles, ainsi que du developpement de relations a long terme, en etablissant des contacts avec les principaux intervenants commerciaux. Responsabilites principales :

  • Etre le principal point de contact pour les decideurs cles aux comptes assignes et etablir des relations durables et interfonctionnelles a tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Developper des plans de comptes definissant l'analyse de la situation actuelle, la proposition de valeur unique, les defis/points faibles, et determiner les strategies efficaces de penetration et de croissance des ventes.
  • Comprendre le paysage concurrentiel, les perspectives du marche, et communiquer efficacement entre les principaux intervenants internes et externes.
  • Surveiller et analyser l'utilisation de nos produits par le client pour optimiser la performance du compte en termes de previsions, de marge et de croissance des revenus, de comptes a payer, du pipeline d'opportunites et de la satisfaction globale de la clientele.
  • Representer le portefeuille Batory avec des perspectives sur les produits et l'industrie, en exploitant les opportunites pertinentes pour chaque client, en se concentrant sur les produits et clients prioritaires.
  • Negocier les prix et les accords avec les clients qui offrent une valeur mutuelle et des protections.
  • Organiser et diriger des examens strategiques des affaires avec les clients pour examiner le service, developper un consensus sur les initiatives a court et a long terme, et creer de nouvelles opportunites de croissance.

Formation et qualifications personnelles :
