  • Quality Control: Prepare, package, and accurately label products for delivery, every time, no shortcuts
  • Clean Operations: Keep equipment sanitized and the workspace spotless, following strict hygiene protocols
  • Team Leadership: Guide and support your crew to hit daily production and delivery targets
  • Scheduling & Problem-Solving: Manage shift schedules and resolve conflicts for entry-level team members, keeping the team running smoothly
  • Hands-On Maintenance: Troubleshoot and assist with basic equipment upkeep to minimize downtime

What You Bring

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stay on your feet for extended periods
  • A "let's get it done" attitude toward physically demanding, fast-paced work
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliability and strong work ethic — your team can count on you
  • Basic math and reading skills for following instructions and measuring accurately
  • Comfort following food safety protocols (PPE, hygiene standards, etc.)
  • Must be 18+
  • Food production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus — but if you're a fast learner with the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest
