Position Purpose:

Server assistants are responsible for assisting the team in delivering each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. The position is a dual role responsible for proper food delivery and cleanliness throughout the shift This role is constantly moving to assist team members and quickly resetting areas for new guests to start having fun. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary. Responsibilities:ย ย 

Listen to the Customer:

  • Build a rapport with guests, be active in assisting, and communicating requests.
  • Foster a positive environment by training new runners and supporting teammates during high-pressure situations.ย 

Be Respectful of Company Resources:

  • Maintain gaming equipment condition including sanitation.
  • Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage time and tasks effectively, reducing waste and maximizing efficiency.ย 
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, maintaining proper procedures and reporting to management any hazardous situation or incident.

Show Urgency:

  • Execute opening and closing procedures swiftly and efficiently to prepare the floor for service.ย 
  • Multitask effectively during peak times to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.ย 

Create Positive Energy:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm throughout each shift.ย 

Must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories:

  • Food
  • All issued training testing throughout employment

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

  • Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
  • Minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
  • Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary
  • Authorized to legally work in the US

Server Assistant / Food Runner Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay of $21.30ย plus tips.
  • Ability to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits (for employees who maintain full-time status)
  • Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holiday (may vary depending on state and local laws)
  • Ability to enroll in 401k, Medical FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.
  • Employee Discount: 50% your total bill for you and up to five guests.
