Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated After-Sales Service Technician to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, VA. This role involves managing key operational aspects of the business and providing technical service support for our industrial food processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operational processes related to after-sales services.
  • Managing budgets and monitoring financial performance tied to technical service operations.
  • Coordinating international supply chains between Turkish manufacturers and U.S.-based clients or distributors.
  • Ensuring compliance with U.S. export-import regulations for equipment and spare parts.
  • Supporting the development of strategic business plans to grow our U.S. presence.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent post-sale support and high service standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 24 months of experience in the position or in a related field such as foreign trade management.
  • Full-time position (Mondayโ€“Friday), 40 hours/week.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have technical competence in machinery servicing.
