Role Description The Food Service Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Carlyle, SK, responsible for overseeing daily food service operations and supporting a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. This role includes supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff, organizing work schedules, assigning tasks, and providing on-the-job guidance and coaching. The Food Service Supervisor monitors food preparation and presentation, ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and helps manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
