A 5.5 hours per day (8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) Food Service I position is available.
The essential functions of this position includes the ability to use commercial restaurant equipment, the ability to read and understand recipes producing a usable product, and the knowledge and use of standard measurements. Prior K-12 or college dining food service experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
The individual must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. above his/her head. The successful applicant will be dependable and able to work effectively with adults as well as students. The applicant should have corrected hearing or vision within normal ranges, and must be able to pass a child abuse history clearance, state police background check and FBI Finger print clearance.
If hired for employment, the applicant must be able to submit the following:
  1. Criminal Record Check (less than one year old)
  2. PA Child Abuse History Clearance (less than one year old)
  3. FBI Finger Print Clearance (less than one year old)
  4. TB Test/Mantoux (less than 3 months old)
  5. Physical - if applicable (less than 1 year old)
