Days: 192
QUALIFICATIONS:
  Education/Certification
      Current City Food Handler's permit
      High School Diploma or GED
      Only GED certificates obtained through a GED Testing Center approved by the GED Testing Service (GETS) will be accepted.
  Individual recommended for the position must pay a $49.26 fingerprinting fee by credit card as part of the application process
      to be considered for employment.  (Fee is subject to change.)
Special Knowledge/Skills
      Ability to understand food preparation and safety instructions
      Ability to read menus, recipes and production records
      Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
      Ability to promote teamwork and effectively communicate with fellow staff, students, administrators, and parents
      Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures
      Ability to follow instructions and meet strict health department requirements
Experience
      A minimum of six month employment experience in food service and food prepearation. Minimum of three years of part-time employment (substitute time) with SFDR-CISD can be used in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.
