Position Summary

The Dietary Aide plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and nourishing environment for our residents. Responsibilities include preparing dining room setups, serving meals, washing dishes, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness in accordance with departmental and state regulations.


Qualifications
  • Must beย 18 years or olderย for full-time positions
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior experience in institutional food service preferred
  • Ability to work:
    • 4-hour shiftsย covering one meal
    • 8-hour shiftsย covering two meals
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive
  • Good personal hygiene
