Job DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance department personnel
  • Schedule and prioritize repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance activities
  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs
  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Inspect equipment for operational and safety compliance
  • Review production, maintenance, and quality reports
  • Order tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
  • Create and manage purchase orders, invoices, and maintenance documentation
  • Improve maintenance procedures to reduce downtime and operating costs
  • Partner with production, engineering, quality, and plant leadership teams to improve operations
  • Support equipment modifications and capital improvement projects
  • Assist with employee training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplinary actions
