About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team in the Business Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree or certification
  • Experience in menu planning and recipe development
  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:
