Shift Supervisor

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Position Summary

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading the restaurant during assigned shifts by delivering outstanding guest service, developing team members, and ensuring operational excellence. This role supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager by maintaining food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and profitability while creating a positive, high-energy work environment.

The Shift Supervisor leads by example, coaches in the moment, and ensures every guest receives the Popeyes experience they expect.
