We are seeking a Program Manager to lead equipment, automation, and operational improvement initiatives within a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple plant projects from planning through completion.
  • Lead equipment installation, automation, and technology initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and project deliverables.
  • Partner with engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and plant performance.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of project/program management experience
  • Experience with CAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel up 30%
