Job Title: Production Line Leader (Table Leader)
Location: Strike Force Staffing – Brooklyn, NY
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Classification: Non-Exempt / Full-Time
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year

Job Summary
Strike Force Staffing is seeking a Production Line Leader for a commercial bakery facility in Brooklyn, NY. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate product packaging, labeling, and line performance while supporting and guiding packers and new hires.
Candidates with experience in a commercial bakery or food & beverage production environment are strongly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and packaging machinery is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure products are correctly packaged using proper materials and meet required counts.
  • Perform 30-minute interval checks of metal detectors; report any malfunctions to the Supervisor or QA.
  • Confirm and follow production orders accurately.
  • Supervise proper sealing, labeling, and stacking of products into trays or on pallets.
  • Accurately document production and QA data.
  • Act as a backup for QA personnel in enforcing SQF food safety regulations when necessary.
  • Assign staff to ensure efficient coverage and breaks.
  • Train and guide new hires; provide feedback and direction to packers.
  • Support production line operations and assist packers as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including sweeping, wiping, and waste disposal.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to read English and perform basic math.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions and provide clear direction to others.
  • Leadership and training skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced production environment.
  • Experience in commercial baking or food manufacturing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of bakery equipment such as mixers, proofers, ovens, and sealers is a plus.
Work Schedule
  • 1st Shift - Full-time position, generally 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.
  • 3rd Shit – Full – time position, generally 6:00PM – 2:30AM with flexibility for weekends.
