Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 per hourShift:

2pm-10pm

What’s a typical day as Factory Worker? You’ll be:
  • Operating, maintaining, and overseeing industrial machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Executing daily work orders and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accurately reading and completing labels, worksheets, and work orders.
  • Using industrial mixers, press equipment, and scales according to standard procedures.
  • Preparing raw materials and ensuring correct documentation and sample collection for quality control.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily production output standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Handling raw material drums/totes and operating pallet jacks, lifts, and related equipment.
  • Monitoring equipment for wear/malfunction and reporting issues to supervisors.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve productivity and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
  • Possess basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Are comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs. and performing physical activities such as climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Can stand and walk for the entire shift.
  • Are able to work in an environment with slippery surfaces, noise, mechanical/electrical hazards, and occasional fumes or odors.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or culinary environments is preferred, but not required.
  • Certifications in warehouse/material handling equipment are a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Can follow instructions accurately and work both independently and as part of a team.
