Position Summary
AGRANA Fruit is seeking dependable and motivated Part-Time Production Associates for our 2nd Shift operation in Centerville, Tennessee.
Production Associates are responsible for supporting manufacturing operations while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or continue a career in manufacturing with a global food industry leader.
No prior manufacturing experience is required-we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily production operations in a food manufacturing environment.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and food safety requirements.

  • Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Operate production equipment after completing required training.

  • Assist with packaging, processing, and production line activities.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members.

  • Follow all standard operating procedures and company policies.
