Job description

Overview

The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently hiring dedicated and hardworking team members to join our full-time production team in Bells, TN! This job posting is for multiple entry-level positions across various departments and shifts. Availability for specific departments/shifts depends on current job openings.

1st Shift - 6:45AM - 4:15PM, Monday-Friday

2nd Shift - 4:15PM - 2:30AM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Will perform tasks such as sorting, casing, setting up bins, product inspection, removing defective product, and scooping product, clean up, stretch wrap, busting out product, and various other duties.
  • Must follow instructions including company policies, procedures, and safety instructions.  
  • Must comply with Food Safety Standards (GMP).
  • Must keep work area clean and orderly.
Qualifications
  • Working in outdoor weather conditions, non-climate controlled areas, and/or a 38-degree environment.
  • Endure prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, walking on hard surfaces, reaching, and lifting.
  • Must work at a fast pace with few errors.
  • Require repetitive motion with arms and hands.
  • Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours as needed (including weekends and holidays).
