Welder (Class B) - TIG Welding | Stainless Steel Fabrication
Likwifier | Manufacturing | Food Processing Equipment
Likwifier is hiring a Welder (Class B) to join our growing production team. With over 100 years of combined experience in the food processing equipment industry, we design and build high-quality, custom solutions for our customers.
If you have experience in TIG welding stainless steel and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform TIG welding (GTAW) on stainless steel
  • Read and execute work instructions from blueprints and shop orders
  • Complete basic grinding, deburring, and polishing
  • Inspect materials and finished parts for quality standards
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and shop tools
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years TIG welding experience (stainless steel preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers)
  • Experience with fabrication and finishing stainless steel
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
  • Electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, or plumbing experience
  • Experience with overhead cranes and shop equipment

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
  • Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
