Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Unload delivery trucks and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
  • Receive purchase orders into the system once materials are confirmed.
  • Enter quantities of parts issued into the database accurately.
  • Review pick sheets, pull, and stage materials for production.
  • Prepare packages for shipment and schedule outgoing deliveries.
  • Monitor supply levels closely and report needs to purchasing personnel.
  • Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts; participate in physical inventory.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly warehouse.
  • Create labels for all in-stock inventory.
  • Move and organize items from the floor to the Modula system.
  • Assist with production requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Accurately generate quotes, pricing, and orders using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Apply basic mathematical skills to pricing, discounts, quoting, and order accuracy.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries to support revenue conversion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of one year of material handling experience preferred Forklift and pallet jack experience required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Safety-focused mentality with ability to follow policies and procedures.
