In this rewarding role, you'll prepare high-quality meals, maintain safe food-handling practices, and contribute to a positive dining experience every day. Prep Cook Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals according to established menus to meet tenants' dietary and nutritional needs
  • Assist with ordering food and supplies, ensuring the kitchen remains well-stocked and organized
  • Manage food inventory, including sorting, labeling, and dating items for proper rotation and safety
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary food production area, following proper sanitization and waste disposal procedures
  • Update and maintain tenant menu boards to ensure clear, accurate communication
  • Support the Food Service Manager by assisting with the supervision and coordination of dietary staff
