Job description

Do you have experience working in the Food Service industry?  

If so, All Team is currently hiring for a Food Service / Prep Cook opportunity to support daily kitchen operations by completing prep work and helping execute lunch meal service.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced and ideal for someone who has a strong work ethic, takes pride in clean, consistent food prep and enjoys working as part of a team in a friendly, professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Support lunch meal service by preparing, plating, and serving food to guests.
  • Complete daily prep tasks such as:
    • Measuring ingredients and seasonings
    • Washing, peeling, and cutting produce
    • Portioning ingredients for recipes and service
  • Follow prep lists and instructions created by chefs.
  • Perform basic cooking duties as assigned (e.g., heating, assembling, simple batch cooking).
  • Set up and break down service areas; restock items as needed during service.
  • Distribute plates and assist with smooth flow of service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation before, during, and after service.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations (including safe food handling and temperature control)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a prep cook, line cook assistant, or food service team member (or similar kitchen experience).
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Knife skills and safe cutting techniques
    • Proper cooking/holding temperatures and basic food safety standards
