Job description

Food manufacturing company in Boerne is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team!

Responsibilities:
  • Load products and materials into packaging machines and verify weights and ingredients.
  • Monitor machines during production, ensuring efficient operation and notifying operators of any issues.
  • Handle and pack finished products, including sealing and palletizing cases as directed.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, and facility upkeep to meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Report any food safety concerns and ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a food processing warehouse required.
  • Previous training in food safety and quality standards.
  • Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable climbing ladders/steps to access work platforms.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 7AM – 5:30PM
