SodexoMagic has an opportunity for a Food Operations Manager within the Flagship American Airlines Lounge at Miami International Airport (MIA).  Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. Join our team of experience-makers and food fanatics and be part of creating memorable experiences!  

SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin "Magic" Johnson, and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we deliver food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities and aviation lounges. This strategic alliance between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, Inc., enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve.

IncentivesPaid Airport ParkingWhat You'll Do
  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
  • be flexible to work a 2pm-11pm schedule, including weekend shifts;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
