Under the direction of the Director of Public Health and/or designee, the Food and Milk Inspector will perform inspections, serve notice of violations, investigate complaints and enforce federal, state and local Codes pertaining to food and beverages. The Inspector must also be able to perform additional inspectional duties as directed.
