As a Food Service Attendant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our food services team.


This position combines administrative support, catering coordination, customer service, and hands-on participation in kitchen operations. You will contribute directly to delivering efficient, professional, and high-quality service while working in an environment that values collaboration, autonomy, and professional growth.


What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a Food Service Attendant, you will be at the heart of our daily operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating catering requests, including order processing, delivery arrangements, and on-site setup according to client needs;
  • Managing the food services mailbox and providing professional customer service both in person and through written communications;
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including processing internal requests, preparing documents, product labeling, and supporting operational activities;
  • Participating in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, hot table service, ready-to-go meal assembly, and supporting different workstations as needed;
  • Contributing to the maintenance of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards while promoting operational efficiency and minimizing food waste.
