This position combines administrative support, catering coordination, customer service, and hands-on participation in kitchen operations. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be at the heart of our daily operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating catering requests, including order processing, delivery arrangements, and on-site setup according to client needs;
• Managing the food services mailbox and providing professional customer service both in person and through written communications;
• Performing various administrative tasks, including processing internal requests, preparing documents, product labeling, and supporting operational activities;
• Participating in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, hot table service, ready-to-go meal assembly, and supporting different workstations as needed;
• Contributing to the maintenance of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards while promoting operational efficiency and minimizing food waste.

We are looking for someone who:

• Stands out for their organizational skills, versatility, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrates initiative, autonomy, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Is known for their teamwork and willingness to contribute to collective success.
• Has relevant experience in food services, hospitality, kitchen operations, or in a role combining administrative and operational responsibilities.
• Has a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and is comfortable using common computer tools.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and rigor in following procedures and processing requests.
• Is comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including colleagues, suppliers, event organizers, and internal clients.
• Has an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as the majority of daily interactions, customer service activities, and operational communications are conducted in French.
• Has an intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to communicate occasionally, both verbally and in writing, with unilingual English-speaking colleagues.
