Description
Position Summary
The Warehouse Auditor serves as the final quality checkpoint before customer orders leave the warehouse. Working in the Pack Stage, this role audits outbound orders, reviews backorders, makes approved Warehouse Management System (WMS) adjustments, and ensures every shipment meets Premier Food Supplies' quality standards and customer requirements.
Together with the Warehouse Palletizer, the Warehouse Auditor shares one mission: every order leaves our warehouse accurate, secure, and ready to arrive exactly as our customer expects.

  • Protect the Customer - Every audit helps ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
Key Responsibilities
  • Audit outbound customer orders before shipment.
  • Verify products, quantities, lot numbers, labeling, packaging, and documentation against customer orders and WMS records.
  • Review backorders, shortages, substitutions, and inventory discrepancies; make approved WMS adjustments.
  • Identify and resolve missing, incorrect, damaged, or improperly packed products before shipment.
  • Record audit findings and inventory adjustments accurately in the WMS.
  • Communicate discrepancies promptly and work with warehouse team members to resolve issues.
  • Identify recurring errors, determine root causes, and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in training warehouse associates on proper picking, packing, and quality standards.
  • Partner with the Warehouse Palletizer to ensure every shipment is accurate, secure, and shipment-ready.
  • Follow all food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Working Conditions
  • Climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled warehouse environments.
  • Regular work in refrigerated and freezer areas.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Shift 2 (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Requirements

  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
