In this dynamic role, you'll oversee a talented team of Bartenders, Barbacks, and Beverage Servers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What does a Beverage Floor Supervisor do?
  • Supervises all Bartenders, Beverage Porters, Beverage Servers and Casino Area Attendants.
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver informative and professional "Team Talk's", ensure staff has the information they need for their shift.
  • Enforces the departmental dress code policies at all times. Will be sure that every beverage team member is in proper uniform with approved footwear, has a name tag and is properly groomed.
  • Ensures that every bar on the beverage floor including service bars are stocked with all the necessary products. Each bar is clean and visibly appealing to all guests. Makes sure that all bars are open and closed properly on time each and every day.
  • Takes responsibility for ensuring employees are trained/developed in Beverage Operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules.
  • Trains all staff on how to receive sales slip reports in a timely manner and in the process of declaring tips.
  • Regularly monitors the cleanliness of the casino floor, self-serve stations, service bars, cash bars, liquor storage rooms and the south pump room. Will ensure that casino floor is free of empty bottles, cups, trash and dirty ashtrays.
  • Regularly completes and signs for all stock requisitions and continually monitors inventory levels. Will communicate with Beverage Inventory Coordinator and inform them of out of stock or slow moving product. Always inform the coordinator if a product is transferred from beverage to another outlet.
  • Maintains working knowledge of Beverage Operation's internal functions, controls and software updates and takes the initiative to convey pertinent information to employees regarding policy changes.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge and the ability to effectively use Virtual Roster and the BOSS drinking ordering system.
  • Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always acknowledges guests and works to engage in conversation with them.
  • Consistently maintains a professional and courteous demeanor. Will maintain confidentiality in communicating with other departments. Notifies Beverage Manager or Beverage Operations Manager if there is a question or concern with another department.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of PAF and administrative procedures; accurately tracks and records LOAs, vacation time, early out's, call-outs and special requests. Will keep AS400 updated being sure all staff are properly clocked in and out.
  • Will assist any beverage team member as needed to ensure we are proving superior guest service.
  • Effectively monitors and trains all beverage team members on TSRC alcohol compliance. Will report any situations that involve the responsible service of alcohol to the Beverage Manager and Assistant Beverage Manager.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Beverage Floor Supervisor, you'll need:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
  • Previous F&B or supervisory experience required.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must possess computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills.
  • Previous money handling experience with basic math skills required.
  • Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 10 lbs.
