Villagio Hospitality Group is proud to operate Repeal Speakeasy and Moonsong Bar + Café inside the Tempo by Hilton in Manassas, and we are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead both concepts as part of our award-winning team.

This role oversees two distinctive operations within the hotel:

  • Moonsong Bar + Café – delivering full food & beverage operations for the hotel, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a polished, high-energy environment
  • Repeal Speakeasy – an elevated, immersive cocktail and dining experience operating during evening hours

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for leading daily operations across both venues while upholding Villagio Hospitality Group’s service culture and ensuring full alignment with Hilton brand and service standards. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in multi-venue environments and is passionate about building teams, driving service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of both Repeal Speakeasy and Moonsong Bar+Café within the Tempo hotel environment
  • Lead, coach, and develop management and front-of-house teams to uphold Villagio and Hilton service standards
  • Conduct consistent training, pre-shifts, and service coaching to ensure operational excellence
  • Partner closely with the culinary and beverage teams to maintain quality and consistency
  • Analyze financial performance and drive strategies to maximize revenue and control costs
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and Hilton brand standards
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming environment at all times
  • Manage scheduling, labor controls, and inventory oversight
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture that motivates and supports the team
