Job description

We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Front of House crew members. Come if you are ready to be challenged in a high energy, fast-paced, yet fun and supportive environment.


What is the role of Cubby's Front of House Crew Member:

Whether you are assisting as a greeter, cashier or assembly cook, the Front of House is full of customer interaction and maintaining the Cubby's vibe.


Some of the roles you may take on include:


1. Customer Service - greeting & serving customers


2. Taking orders in person, drive thru or online


3. Cashier


4. Lobby - bus tables, food runner, replenishing supplies and sanitize


5. Food Assembly


6. Fry Cook


What you should bring to the table:


1. Be 16 years or older


2. Current Food Handler's Permit


3. Food experience preferred, but if you're awesome we'll train you

4. Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written) at a basic working level — roughly a 3rd-grade level or higher


5. You like to have fun. Fun is non-negotiable.
