Scooter’s Coffee in West Jordan is seeking an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to lead a new drive-thru coffee location.

We are looking for a dependable and energetic leader who sets clear expectations, develops employees, creates accountability, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the store.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The Store Manager will work alongside the team, set the standard for performance, address problems directly, and create a positive, professional, and accountable store culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead daily store operations
  • Maintain brand and service standards
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain employees
  • Coach employees and develop shift leaders
  • Build a positive, accountable team culture
  • Create schedules and manage labor costs
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and waste
  • Monitor sales, service times, and profitability
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked store
  • Ensure food safety and legal compliance
  • Resolve customer and employee concerns
  • Partner with ownership to improve performance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Management experience in coffee, food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and hold employees accountable
  • Experience with scheduling, labor, and inventory
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, professional, and results-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible availability, including mornings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and attendance
  • Available for two weeks of training in Omaha, NE
  • Coffee or restaurant management experience preferred

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Approximately 40 to 45 hours per week
  • Overtime pay
  • Quarterly bonuses up to $1,500; up to $6,000 per year
  • 40 hours of PTO after the introductory period
  • 80 hours of PTO after one year
