Job description

Front of House (FOH) Lead Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing FOH staff, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with the kitchen. Key duties include staff training and supervision, performance feedback, scheduling, handling customer complaints, and managing opening/closing procedures. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette and customer service expectations.

Key responsibilities

Staff Management: Train, schedule, motivate, and supervise all FOH staff, providing performance feedback.

Guest Experience: Ensure superior customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, interacting with guests, and quickly resolving any issues.

Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the FOH, including opening and closing tasks, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
