What is a foh assistant?

FOH Assistants, or Front of House Assistants, are staff members who support the smooth operation of the customer-facing areas of a business, such as restaurants, theaters, or event venues. Their responsibilities typically include greeting guests, taking reservations, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
