Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological, emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to establish an accurate diagnosis.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to create and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each patient.
• Provide empathetic psychotherapy to individuals suffering from various conditions, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders, ensuring a safe space for healing.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical judgments and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care outcomes and participate in case management for comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic processes, available resources, and self-care strategies to empower continued growth outside of clinical sessions.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards, ensuring strict confidentiality and obtaining informed consent from all clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment focusing on underserved populations.

• Background working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to enhance holistic patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
