Deloitte Greenhouse: C-Suite Research Producer 

(Specialist, Market Research & Insights)

Position Summary

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant / Senior to support research of C-Suite Executives and Board Directors. This role helps deliver Deloitte's cross-C-Suite research strategy and flagship longitudinal research program for executive and board audiences.

Working under the direction of the Associate Director for C-Suite Perspectives and with support from the Research Design Lead, you be responsible for carrying out tasks related to data collection and analysis.  You will help ensure studies run efficiently and that findings are accurate, consistent, and ready for insight generation. This role suits a researcher who wants to get hands-on experience working with qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods study designs.

Work You'll Do

Assist with building tailored data collection instruments

  • Program surveys in Qualtrics, draft interview protocols, and help with focus group facilitation.
  • Prepare first draft of research findings and study methodology.
  • Keep measurement frameworks consistent across concurrent studies.

    Turn collected data into findings that shape executive-ready outputs

    • Field surveys and monitor response rates, support logistics for interviews and focus groups
    • Run quantitative tabulations and support synthesis of qualitative findings from coded data.
    • Clean, validate, and perform initial analysis of qualitative and quantitative datasets.
    • Create initial data visualization sketches and draft findings summary.

     Work as part of a broader, cross-functional team

    • Work with Insights Studio to shape findings into data-driven narratives.
    • Communicate progress, flag risks early, and support preparation for select client forums.

     Support vendor management and research operations

    • Support routine vendor coordination, track deliverables, and perform initial quality checks.
    • Contribute continual improvement process for research templates, tools, and documentation.

    The successful candidate will possess:

    Research Execution Background
    Experience supporting data collection and analysis for complex research studies.

    Comfortable with Varied Analysis Modalities
    Working knowledge of standard quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.

    Fanatical Attention to Data Quality
    Committed to prioritizing accuracy in data cleaning, coding, and documentation.

    Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
    Ability to work within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.

    • Experience supporting primary data collection using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
    • Experience applying statistical or thematic analysis techniques to real-world data.
    • Bachelors' Degree required.
    • Prefer familiarity with common research platforms and analysis tools like Qualtrics, MaxQDA, and SPSS.
    • Ability to travel, as needed, based on the work you do and the clients/industries/sectors you serve 
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $69,400 to $127,900.
