A Focus Group Panel job involves participating in discussions or surveys to provide feedback on products, services, or concepts. Companies use focus groups to gather insights from consumers before launching or improving a product. Panelists are selected based on demographics and interests to represent target audiences. Sessions can be in person or online and may last from 30 minutes to a few hours. Compensation varies but can include cash, gift cards, or product samples.

You may be asked to review products, respond to hypothetical scenarios, or share your honest impressions. The environment is structured to be collaborative and non-judgmental, so all viewpoints are welcome. Most sessions last between one to two hours, and your feedback plays a vital role in shaping business or research decisions.

Job description

Bilingual Primary Care Physician Internal Medicine
Job Description:
Job Title: Bilingual Primary Care Physician (Outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
Location: Alexandria, VA (Northern VA)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday; no evenings or weekends.
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our established private practice serving the Alexandria, Springfield, and Lorton communities. The incoming provider will work alongside 12 primary care physicians, 8 advanced practitioners, and 10 physical therapists. This is an ideal role for a physician who values clinical autonomy and quality patient care. We are specifically looking for a physician who is fluent in Spanish to best accommodate the patient panel.
  • Adult-Focused Clinical Scope: Manage a diverse patient panel consisting primarily of adults and geriatrics. Our clinical focus centers on the comprehensive management of chronic conditions, including obesity, hypertension, and diabetes. To ensure a modern and flexible workflow, virtual visits are seamlessly integrated into the daily schedule.
  • Dedicated Team-Based Support: We believe in the power of consistency. Each provider is paired 1:1 with a dedicated MA to foster a strong working partnership and ensure a high level of continuity for our patients. This pairing allows you to focus on your patients with the confidence that your clinical "teammate" knows your preferences and your panel.
  • Streamlined & Efficient Workflow: Experience a balanced outpatient schedule. We protect your time with a guaranteed midday break and leverage Privia's After-Hours Nursing line as a "first line of defense," which has significantly reduced call volume to a light, phone-only burden, which is shared between all primary care providers (1:20).
  • Structured Mentorship & Professional Stability: Whether you are an early career or experienced clinician, we offer a supportive environment with a long-term vision. Our practice uses a tiered structure designed to elevate both your compensation and your leadership responsibilities (if inclined) as you become more integrated into the team.
  • Long-Term Growth Potential: We offer a highly competitive starting package, including a guaranteed base salary and lucrative bonus structure, plus full benefits. For those seeking a stake in the practice, we offer a pathway to partnership.
About Alexandria & Northern Virginia:
  • Historic & Urban Sophistication: Offering a perfect blend of historic landmark charm and modern lifestyle, Alexandria provides a sophisticated "small-town" feel just minutes from the energy of downtown Washington, D.C.
  • Premier Connectivity: The region is ideally situated between three major airports and offers seamless access to the capital's power centers, cultural institutions, and the newly developed Amazon HQ2.
  • Cultural & Culinary Hub: Residents enjoy a vibrant waterfront, award-winning chef-driven restaurants, and a thriving arts scene, alongside world-class museums and five professional sports teams.
  • Active Lifestyle & Recreation: From the scenic Mount Vernon Trail to nearby state parks, the area offers extensive outdoor recreation for professionals and families alike.
  • Top-Tier Education: The community is located within a premier intellectual corridor, home to some of the nation's highest-ranked public schools and elite institutions like Georgetown and Johns Hopkins Universities.

Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a national physician organization with more than 4,300+ providers with over 1,100+ locations in multiple states. Through high-performance physician groups, accountable care organizations, and population health management programs, Privia works in partnership with health plans, health systems and employers to better align reimbursements to quality and outcomes.
