ARC Health partners is a managed service organization that partners with clinician-led mental health practices to provide operational and recruiting support while preserving each practice's culture and clinical autonomy. This structure allows clinicians to find opportunities that align with their professional goals, preferred populations, and work style. This posting is a general application for licensed therapists interested in current or upcoming opportunities within our partner practices.


Licensed Mental Health Therapists at our partner practices provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in these roles typically includes maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, completing documentation accurately and on time, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Requirements

Licensed Mental Health Therapist Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities vary by partner practice, but opportunities may include:

  • Providing psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Managing an active caseload
  • Participating in consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
  • Adhering to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies

Licensed Mental Health Therapist Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC license in the applicable state
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Ability to provide therapy independently
  • Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms

Licensed Mental Health Therapist Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific populations (children, adolescents, couples, trauma, etc.)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
