Job Title: Senior Auto Claims Adjuster Location: Phoenix, AZ Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote Contract Length: 12+ Months Job ref# 247453 Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve moderate to complex auto insurance claims from FNOL through closure. Handle liability investigations, coverage analysis, bodily injury, property damage, total loss, settlement negotiations, and claim resolution. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) Minimum 2 years of auto claims adjusting experience Full ownership of auto claims from FNOL through closure Experience handling auto liability claims Experience handling bodily injury claims Experience handling property damage claims Coverage analysis and claim investigations Total loss claim experience Settlement negotiation experience Insurance policy interpretation Knowledge of state insurance regulations Active Adjuster License Preferred Previous insurance carrier or claims call center experience CPCU, AIC, AINS, or SCLA designation Military or military spouse affiliation Technical Skills Claims Management Systems Microsoft Office Work Schedule Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Monday-Friday 12-week paid training Occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
