Job description

Salary: DOE

This position is on site Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm at the new FMLS Atlanta Beltline Store and Service Center.
Key responsibilities include supporting FMLS store operations, managing Supra services, facilitating training, and administering member accounts.

The ideal candidate is highly customerfocused and committed to delivering an exceptional service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist customers efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

A dedication to accuracy, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service is essential to success in this role.

Store: Monday to Friday, no weekend hours

  • Assist customers in person at service centers with real estate supplies and ringing up sales on POS system.
  • Assist in identifying and procuring new products and services to be sold in the FMLS Stores.
  • Always ensure adequate inventory levels in the service center.
  • Generate proper inventory requests in a timely manner to allow time for shipping and transport.
  • Always maintain the stores appearance, paying close attention to cleanliness and organization.
  • Conduct physical inventories among the stores as needed. This can be yearly or more often as requested by the manager.
  • Spot check inventory levels on certain items weekly.
  • Resolve discrepancies, i.e., left, loss, stale inventory.
  • Responsible for POS system integrity.
  • Answering telephone inquries and providing support to clients.

Other Essential Job Functions & Skills:

  • Assist with account administration by processing documents for the billing.
  • Assist with photo integrity checks for the data integrity team as needed.

E-Commerce:

  • Help maintain and update FMLS Store information, products, and pricing on the FMLS website.
