Job Title: ISO Quality Manager
Status: Exempt
Pay: $80K+ DOE, plus monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached (full-time).
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, AS9100, & ISO01345 requirements. Serves as the primary point of contact for all ISO-related activities and ensures ongoing compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures. Works collaboratively with all departments to improve processes, drive corrective actions, maintain documentation, support audits, and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in quality systems, ISO administration, quality assurance, manufacturing operations, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, and auditing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, corrective action processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working in a Machine Shop or manufacturing environment preferred.

REQUIRED PERSONAL SKILLS:
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and influence positive change across multiple departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and quality-related reporting tools.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain, administer, and continuously improve the Company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Serve as the owner of the Company's ISO program and lead initiatives to ensure ongoing effectiveness and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, & ISO01345 requirements, customer requirements, and company policies through monitoring, auditing, and corrective action activities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead internal audits, external audits, certification audits, and customer audits.
  • Manage document control, quality records, and quality system documentation.
  • Lead corrective action processes, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to address nonconformities and strengthen organizational performance.
  • Facilitate management reviews and prepare quality metrics, reports, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Oversee calibration and quality system recordkeeping requirements.
  • Partner with all departments to identify process improvement opportunities, drive accountability, and support quality objectives.
  • Monitor quality system performance, identify areas of risk, and recommend actions to maintain and improve compliance and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ISO-related matters with auditors, customers, suppliers, and certification agencies.
  • Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities and support resolution of quality issues.
  • Provide ISO and quality-related training, guidance, and support throughout the organization.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
