POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supply Administrator's primary goal is to process supply orders and to communicate and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and process supply orders received from the customer via incoming calls, voicemail, online, email, and FMA (Automated reporting system).

Research orders by checking the supply history, yield of toner, and the monthly usage.

Track late or missing packages through FEDEX and create call tags when necessary.

Collaborate with internal departments to communicate customer requests and needs.

Process supply returns to maintain and correct inventory as needed.

Continue educating the customers and sales representatives on toner needs and FMA.

Process paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.

Maintain internal and customer data via Excel spreadsheets.

Work as a team to ensure all supply duties are completed by the end of day.

Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1.Knowledge: This position requires 2-5 years of general administrative experience, with experience in customer service.

2.Skills: Must be extremely accurate and detail oriented. Must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

3.Abilities: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word are required. Must have ability to meet deadlines.
